Here are basic FAQs  

Q: Are we able to tour before booking?

Yes. Of course. We welcome people to come visit so we may share Beecher Hill House. It is always best to see it in person, to revel in its splendor.

Q: Are you handicapped accessible?

Yes.

Q: Do you have alternate arrangements in case of inclement weather?

No. We just go with the flow and have fun no matter what.

Q: Do you offer overnight accommodations?

No. We do not. However, we are more than happy to help you arrange local accommodations, of which there are many.

Q: Do you have ample parking for large events?

Yes. We have parking for up to 250 guests although we STRONGLY urge the hiring of shuttles and group transportation.

Q: Do you have an in-house DJ?

Yes. It is included in our pricing.

Q: Is Beecher Hill House a child-friendly venue.

Absolutely.

Q: Are multiple events booked per day?

Absolutely not. Your event is special and is the only thing booked on your day.

Q: Who will be our point person for our event?

I will. Abra Miller - owner and event planner.

Q: Is there a venue fee and what does that include?

Yes. Our fees are determined by type of event. This fee covers venue use, tables, linens, table top rentals, as well set up and break down of your event (see complete breakdown per event). Beecher Hill House is not responsible for setup of any decor items brought in.

Q: Do you allow decorations?

Yes! We welcome decorations, such as flowers, menus, favors etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage.

Q: May we bring in an outside caterer?

With the exception of small (2-40 people) events catered by Beecher Hill House, all events are catered by outside vendors. We are be happy to cut and serve your cake for a small fee.

Q: Is there a specific end time or curfew for events?

Yes. All events must be over by 10pm.

Q: Do you have a liquor license?

Yes, we have a beer and wine license, but not a spirits license. All guests over 21 years old are welcome to use the open bar, and prices are tallied by total amount consumed not per person.

Q: Do we have to source alcohol though you?

Yes. We will discuss a budget and particulars and will do our best to offer you the best options.

Q: Does the pricing include non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. We offer non-alcoholic standards.

Q: Is a deposit required to save the date?

Yes. A $2000 non-refundable deposit is due at signing to reserve your date.

Q: Do you allow photo shoots?

Yes. We welcome photo shoots and prices are quoted per event.
